Hewitt Launches Global Total Compensation MeasurementTM 2007 Study
Hewitt's TCMTM study helps organizations measure the competitiveness of their compensation programs within markets, within regions and globally. It provides insights and solutions on competitive pay data and includes features for planning the design of all components in total compensation packages including base salary, bonuses, long-term incentives, benefits and perquisites.
|
|
Nishchae Suri, Head of Hewitt's Talent and Organization Consulting Analytics Practice in Asia said, "As Asia's markets become increasingly competitive, strong compensation packages now play a crucial role in the battle to attract, motivate and retain top talent. However, many pay programs still fall short due to a lack of high-quality benchmark data and because they do not adapt to changing business needs.
TCM's expansive coverage and depth of analyses not only helps organizations attract the best possible individuals and ensure they stay with the company; it also helps them to view their local compensation practices in a larger regional framework, which drives consistency, parity and efficiency in pay programs."
Participants in TCM receive a complimentary policies and programs report, which contains an overview of compensation levels for all the positions in the database and detailed information regarding the design of all compensation programs.
TCM is easily accessible via TotalCompensationCenter.com.

The exercise ends with a specially tailored half-day workshop which will share and discuss action plans to bring organizations closer to their quest of being an employer of choice.
