The Global Top Companies for Leaders (TCFL)
study is based on approximately 550 global
organizations with an average employee size of
27,000. Almost 70 percent of the participating
companies had revenues of $500 million or more.
We believe this is the most comprehensive
research on leadership in the global market. And
we hear that feedback from companies who participated as
well - that the questions were extremely comprehensive and
gave them new ideas, that the methodology was rigorous, and
that a financial analysis component was included - all make
this different from anything else out there.
This is the fourth time that Hewitt has conducted the Top
Companies for Leaders study. The first two studies inspired
the book "Leading the Way"- now translated into multiple
languages. The study debuted in 2002 with only North
American coverage and 240 participants. In 2003, the |
|
study
moved to an international scale, with 203 Asia Pacific and
110 European companies participating in addition to the 320
companies from the US. In 2005, the TCFL study had 374 US
and 101 European participants.
In 2007, the study attracted a total of 563 global
participants from a total of 41 countries around the world.
