Hewitt acquires specialist remuneration
consultancy in Australia and New Zealand
In March, we announced that Hewitt has acquired
CSi - The Remuneration Specialists. CSi is a specialist
remuneration consultancy and survey database firm
based in Australia, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and
Auckland. The firm has been in operation for 23 years
and employs 40 individuals. CSi's product offerings
include 35 compensation surveys for the Australian
and New Zealand markets, salary review management
software, and specialist remuneration training. CSi
consultants provide expert advice and innovative
solutions to assist organizations with all areas of
remuneration management.

the two companies for clients of Hewitt and CSi and for

It's common in an acquisition for two companies
to say nice things about each other for the record. In
this case, the admiration is genuine and deep. Hewitt

to clients to understand their needs and objectives and
working with them to develop solutions that support their
strategic directions.
