Jason White appointed as regional BPI practice leader
Jason White takes up new responsibilities as regional practice leader for Business
Performance Improvement (BPI).
BPI consulting is all about helping our clients to develop a business case for
changing the way they manage their people.
Jason explains it this way: "BPI consulting is about using a specific process in
order to identify the extent to which people management practices can be realigned
in order to drive specific business performance goals. BPI involves combining our
breadth and depth of expertise in human capital with business analytics capabilities.
"The BPI process involves estimating the impact of different HR interventions,
providing clients with a business case for a suite of prioritized performance
improvement initiatives, helping them plan for and execute initiatives, and then
tracking and monitoring the benefits realized."
Given the strong tie to business performance, BPI forms a compelling value
proposition in demand from C-suite buyers who are looking for new ways to lock
in incremental profit improvements - over and above any system and process
opportunities that they may have already realized.
