SYDNEY—Hewitt Associates, a global human resources services company, today announced the acquisition of CSi — The Remuneration Specialists, a specialist consultancy that provides advice and data on strategic and operational remuneration activities to organisations in Australia and New Zealand. CSi will add a strong remuneration analytics capability to Hewitt's broader-based HR advisory strengths in the region. The acquisition also strengthens Hewitt's international compensation capabilities.

Established in 1985, CSi is one of a select group of companies providing high-quality survey data on salary and benefits practices for entire industries, as well as individual organisations of all sizes, in Australia and New Zealand. CSi also provides remuneration consulting services, training and remuneration software solutions.
