Hewitt Human Resources Outsourcing Services can take charge of your benefits administration, offering a wide range of options that allow you to outsource the areas that best suit your requirements.

Traditional Benefits

Administering traditional benefits such as medical, optical or dental claims is a taxing, time-consuming task often involving lots of paperwork. Hewitt utilizes a custom-designed system that manages all of these claims using online submission, approval, tracking, expenditure and accounting. Hewitt checks receipts and reimbursement can be made through payroll if required. Rules such as co-payment, dependents entitlement as well as limits per period or number of claims are all handled automatically. Hewitt can also manage relationships with third party service providers such as clinics or hospitals, matching invoices and managing payment through our own bank account.

Mandatory Benefits

Every country has its own particular mandatory contribution and benefits schemes, which Hewitt handles as a by-product of our payroll services. Each month we calculate, prepare and deliver statutory contributions and returns to the relevant local authorities on your behalf.

Supplemental Benefits

However, not all benefits are mandatory and some packages are unique to the individual. Hewitt Human Resources Outsourcing Services offers Defined Contribution Plan Services, under which we maintain individual accounts of contributions and investment income; calculate vesting and benefit payments; and prepare company and employee statements and reports.

Flexible Benefits Program Services

Hewitt's Flexible Benefits Services offers you the option to outsource the complete administration of your flex program. We initiate online enrollment processes that allow employees to make their plan selections; calculate points available for free spending; process status changes during the year; and prepare annual housekeeping services for encashment and accrual. Flexible Benefits Program Services can also provide a wide range of reports to keep you abreast of where you stand including enrollment, insurance, claims and expense listings.
