It provides clear insights into how organisations can achieve a real competitive advantage through their people."
"This years study will see the introduction of some exciting new industry awards and include what we believe to be the largest ever survey of the values of Australian employees, looking at how organisations are meeting the challenges arising from talent scarcity; how companies are managing diversity; best practices in reward; and insight into the experiences of the fastest growing segments of the Australian workforce: contractors and part–timers."
The Hewitt Best Employers are selected by an independent judging panel which is chaired by Professor Roger Collins of the MGSM and will include business leaders such as: Andrew Mohl, Ann Sherry, Diane Grady and Helen Lynch.
