Sandeep Chaudhary, Practice Leader—Performance & Rewards South & West Asia, Hewitt Associates moderated the CEO panel discussion on 'India Inc. Must act and not over-react. Corrective measures in moderate economic growth scenario'. He shared his perspective on the importance of focusing on 'performance' and not just 'quarterly results', in the current economic downturn situation.

The forum was aimed to set tone by raising critical concerns and suggesting right prognosis to take the organization ahead. It offered plenty of opportunities to exchange views and solutions on global business and HR challenges.

The Times of India (TOI) "HR Forum" powered by Times Ascent championed transformational thinking on the role of Human Resource professionals.
