and Life Insurance policies to provide a security to them and their families.
Retirement
It is important for us that our associates are secure and provided for even
after separation from us on retirement. Provident Fund and Gratuity are paid as
per laws governing PF and Gratuity in the country
Education and Learning

great emphasis on higher education. Hewitt’s Education Assistance Program
(HEAP) assists associates by way of reimbursement of their tuition fee
