Hewitt Asia Leadership Center

We offer courses and programs that target leader effectiveness and are aimed primarily at emerging leaders. Courses such as Thinking as a Leader, Building Optimism and Resilience, and Communicating Assertively will help your high-potential employees build self-awareness and personal effectiveness. Meanwhile, courses such as Coaching for Performance, Leading Change, and Leading to Boost Engagement will help them build leadership skills and competencies.

The Assessment Center

The Assessment Center offers a complete range of assessment tools and methodologies ranging from strategic competency-based 360-degree feedback instruments to different types of psychometric assessments. Our consultants are accredited in a wide range of assessment methodologies including Human Synergistics, Hogan Assessments, and Facet Five.

The Development Center

The Development Center provides a comprehensive suite of leadership and managerial development programs, focusing on areas such as experiential training, business education, business simulations, and management and leadership skills development. We use your leadership assessment results to design a program specifically tailored to your needs.

Our programs are delivered by Asia's finest corporate training instructors and facilitators, who also ensure your company has the talent management systems, development strategies, and reward programs in place to drive and reinforce the changes they seek in management and leadership behaviors and competencies.

The Consulting Solutions Center

The Consulting Solutions Center draws on Hewitt's impressive 60-year experience in the consulting arena. We can advise you not only on individual leader and executive team effectiveness, but also how to manage leadership talent and develop a succession planning process that ensures you have sufficient talent in the pipeline to take your company to the next level.

We can help you design effective organization development processes that facilitate shared understanding of organizational goals and strategies including business and strategic planning and executive teambuilding. The Research Center

The Research Center will partner with academics and universities to conduct focused research on the emerging leadership challenges in the region and, more fundamentally, the nature and drivers of successful leadership in Asia. As globalization impacts notions of leadership and manager effectiveness, the HALC will be able to answer clients' questions about what it really takes to successfully lead a business in Asia.
