Eleven Central Eastern European countries (Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Poland, Romania, Russia and Ukraine) to find out what drives employee motivation in the region. Almost 160,000 employees and 4,000 C-Suite leaders shared their points of view about their workplaces and HR professionals from 495 companies gave information on their current HR practices. The results will be available in early July.

How can companies respond to the challenges of the current economic situation and keep their employees motivated? Best Employers are living proof that it is possible to maintain or even improve engagement during turbulent times and workforce reductions. The report will highlight the practices of the Bests, analysing what they do differently, what differentiates them.
