A new report highlighting emerging trends and new perspectives on HR transformation in Europe was released and presented at the Hewitt "Making HR Work" Forum in Brussels, on the 21 & 22 June 2006.The survey findings focus on priority initiatives undertaken or planned by HR executives for improving the effectiveness of the function in their organisation. In particular, the report reveals new insight in relation to:

• HR organisation and service delivery models;
• HR vision for effective transformation;
• HR transformation processes.

Fifty-two leading organisations employing in total more than three million people participated in the survey.
