The findings of the third edition of the European HR Barometer, designed and carried out by Hewitt Associates on behalf of the European Club for human resources (EChr), show that there is an increasing awareness among HR professionals about the new horizon of their mission, and the need to acquire new competencies and responsibilities.
However, respondents recognize that the results of their activities in 14 out of 24 HR domains are lagging behind business expectations.
