Plan of Action for Participating Companies
Hewitt Supports You Through Each Stage of the Survey
We start with communication to top management, for which we will provide a PowerPoint presentation including speaker’s notes and a Frequently Asked Questions report.
We will then provide an Excel tool for capturing the details of your random employee sample.
Next we will provide the invitation to send to participants, including an introduction letter, the link to the Web site survey and information about confidentiality (Note: This will be available in Dutch, English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
Although this is an online process, if paper versions of the questionnaire are preferred, Hewitt would provide you with the questionnaire and return envelope and would charge you for data entry fees only.
What You Will Get for Your Participation
Initially you will receive a comprehensive company report comprising:
Your engagement score and your people’s perception of their work experience.
Benchmark data, including country, European, global and industry norms (average and per quartile).
You will also benefit from the key findings and recommendations of the study:
Observations and action plan to improve engagement and performance, based on the findings of the survey.
Access to Hewitt’s research and benchmarks about people management best practices and how engagement links to business metrics.
Opportunities to network with Hewitt experts and with other participating companies.
If required, additional materials can be prepared for you, for a fee. Additional features may include further statistical analysis, combined reports if you participate in many countries, population-specific reports, specific issues analysis and follow-up, action planning, etc.
