Cross-Border Analysis

We apply our tried and tested cross-border methodology to produce comprehensive online reports that help you understand and manage compensation in the European region. Local gross compensation is calculated in net compensation values and converted into common currency taking into account cost of living, so that comparisons can be made across incumbents in different countries.
