Our philosophy is to give our graduates as much responsibility as they can
handle at each stage of their career.
We will support your development through on-the-job coaching and mentoring,
sponsorship of relevant professional qualifications and a structured internal
training programme.
We will support you through your study and examination commitments.
As your technical knowledge and the quality of your work develops you can expect
increasing challenges and responsibility for delivering work and managing our
services and relationships with the markets we work with.
A strong command of English is essential, but other European languages are also
highly desirable as you develop relationships with colleagues from a wide
variety of nationalities and cultures.
If you wish there will also be opportunities during the development programme
for you to contribute to the intellectual capital of our practices through
specialist research or change projects, to manage the development of others in
your team, or to get involved in marketing, perhaps through article drafting or
presenting at universities or other events. These opportunities will arrive
sooner than you think!
We have built an environment that is supportive, challenging, rewarding, and
exciting, which means you have the opportunity really to grow and develop in
your job. With your manager’s help and encouragement, you steer your own career
within Hewitt. And we’ll make sure you get valuable feedback, coaching and
knowledge from the people you work with—and help you offer the same to others.
