Hewitt's Puerto Rico office opened in 1990 providing general HR consulting services. Over the following years, it has migrated and changed—much as Hewitt globally—into a full service HR consulting and outsourcing office. Coordinating through our Latin America Regional Office in Miami, as well as the other five offices in the region—Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico and Venezuela—— Puerto Rico associates work seamlessly with our regional team to provide consulting and outsourcing services.

Utilizing technology that focuses on large populations, as well as flexible solutions to solve smaller client consulting and delivery requirements, Hewitt Puerto Rico has captured an innovative leadership position on the island, as well as in the Caribbean and Central America.
