- Changed joint ventures to wholly owned Hewitt offices between 2000 and 2003
- Opened Latin America Regional Office in 2003
- Merged with HR BPO pioneer Exult, becoming the first and only firm to provide human
resource benefits process outsourcing (HR BPO) services—benefits, payroll, HR
information systems, recruiting, learning, and other HR services—fully
integrated with consulting expertise.
- This merger brought these services to Latin America, provided from the contact
center located in Uberlandia, Brazil
