Shannon Boyle, the President of Hewitt Associates Puerto Rico, was selected by Caribbean Business as one of 40 under 40. For Boyle, personal success can be attributed to surrounding yourself with the right people. "That's what being a leader is all about," said Boyle. "Leading other people and allowing them to be successful, pulling obstacles out of their way." Boyle also serves as the benefits practice leader for Hewitt's Puerto Rico operation.
