Helping Staff Make Proper Benefit Choices

Offering more flexibility in benefit programs is on the rise as the Canadian workforce becomes increasingly diverse. This growing flexibility requires additional communication, however, if employees are to make the right benefit choices for themselves and their families.

In this article, Hewitt's Jason Billard and Marie Donnelly, both consultants in our Communication practice, discuss the need for an ongoing communication strategy that extends beyond the launch of a flexible benefits plan.
