Identify the factors driving employee engagement

Engaged employees consistently demonstrate three general behaviours. They:

• Say—consistently speak positively about the organization to coworkers, potential employees, and customers
• Stay—have an intense desire to be a member of the organization despite opportunities to work elsewhere
• Strive—exert extra time, effort, and initiative to contribute to business success

Based on our engagement work with more than 1,500 organizations worldwide, the Web-based engagement survey identifies the drivers of employee engagement and quantifies the ROI for improving each driver. After successful completion of the survey, a detailed organizational report will be available online and an additional report containing verbatim written comments will be provided. The survey can be customized to meet the specific needs of your company.

Organizations are also welcome to participate in the annual Best Employers in Canada study. Participants can benchmark their results against those of the year’s Best Employers.
