myHR is Hewitt’s HR outsourcing desktop for comprehensive employee and manager self-service. It integrates activities, policies, and data into personalized work and life events through an intuitive desktop. The goal of integrating work and life events is to deliver services to employees and managers in the manner they want to receive them. Performance Management—Cascades objectives, assesses competencies, and tracks the performance of the organization, fully integrated with learning to ensure that developmental gaps are addressed. Also includes complete succession planning capability.

Workforce Administration—Manages the full scope of required HR transactions and data maintenance for employees and managers—reflective of your unique business rules.

Service Centre—Provides additional support or subject matter expertise (beyond the self-service tools). Employees and managers can request assistance easily via the self-service channel.
