Associate Network Groups (ANGs)

We actively encourage associates to meet and exchange ideas about professional opportunities and workplace challenges. All Hewitt associates are welcome to join any Associate Network Group (ANG). We currently sponsor six ANGs with chapters in various Hewitt locations:

  • Black Associates at Hewitt Associates (BAHA) focuses on professional development via a networking and mentoring forum for our black associates. Membership spans countries and cultures, including North America, Africa, and the Caribbean.
  • PrideAlliance promotes appreciation and respect for gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender associates, ensuring their right to deliver excellence in a comfortable and safe work environment.
  • Generations provides a forum for associates over 40 to share life experiences with each other and younger associates.
  • Hewitt Asian Diversity Network (HADN) facilitates professional growth for Asian associates across all our business functions and locations.
  • Latino and Hispanic Associates (LAHA) offers career networking and development opportunities for Latino and Hispanic associates, recruiting opportunities, and networking with Latino/Hispanic groups from other corporations.
  • Women in Leadership promotes women's professional contributions while creating an environment that allows women to acknowledge their full potential as leaders.
  • Working Parents celebrates the professional and personal development of mothers and fathers via workshops addressing the daily challenges of working life.

ANG members contribute to an atmosphere of open dialogue and collaboration and are a tremendous source of fresh ideas:

  • Providing feedback on issues of interest and importance to members
  • Adding new perspectives on Hewitt's internal diversity efforts and client solutions
  • Recruiting and integrating new associates
  • Sponsoring learning sessions on career development and empowerment
  • Serving as internal diversity resources

We're also committed to recruiting at historically black and Hispanic colleges and universities.
