We mean it when we say our business is people. We’re proud that we’re thought of as an employer of choice. The challenge now is ensuring that we’re an employer of choice for different demographic groups.

"Talking the talk" is the easy part. To make sure we’re "walking the walk," we’ve adopted initiatives that make diversity an integral part of who we are:

  • We sponsor Associate Network Groups (ANGs), forums for groups who have traditionally been underrepresented or face unique workplace challenges.
  • Diversity and client work—we help clients tailor HR solutions to a workforce that’s changing rapidly.
  • Our relationships with minority professional organizations help build tomorrow’s diverse workforce.
  • Our Supplier Diversity Program creates business opportunities around the world for diverse suppliers.

We believe that diversity of thought, communication styles, backgrounds, and experiences make more innovative, lasting solutions. And we’re committed to putting that belief into action:

  • We will increase the diversity of our workforce through attraction, retention, engagement, development, and promotion strategies.
  • We help our clients tailor HR solutions to their diverse workforces, because an increasingly diverse workforce requires a multifaceted HR approach.
  • We partner with communities to help build tomorrow’s diverse workforce through grants, volunteers, and leadership.
