For over three years we’ve partnered with the Diversity Pipeline AllianceSM, sharing resources about graduate business education and offering strategies for success to minority business professionals.

National Association for African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR)
We support the mission of the NAAAHR: increase the presence of black HR professionals at all levels, in all industries, and throughout all regions.

Black Data Processing Associates (BDPA)
BDPA is committed to providing IT education and delivering technological service. Several of our associates serve as BDPA leaders, at both national and local levels.

National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA)
We sponsor the National Black MBA Association Conference each year, giving our associates an opportunity to network and recruit talented African-American MBA professionals and offer career counseling. Hewitt associates are also active in local chapter events and programs.

National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA)
NSHMBA promotes the professional development of Hispanic business leaders for leadership positions throughout the U.S. and provides cultural awareness and sensitivity in managing the nation’s diverse workforce. In addition to sponsoring their national convention, Hewitt supported consulting to NSHMBA in the launch of their first-ever NSHMBA Hispanic Executives Summit.
