Our Supplier Diversity Program promotes the inclusion of diverse-owned businesses as an integral part of our supply chain and strategic sourcing initiatives. At Hewitt we understand that embracing diverse ideas, creating diverse opportunities, and developing diverse partnerships will positively impact the communities in which we conduct business, recruit, and live.

  • Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)
    A sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation of which at least 51 percent is owned by one or more minority persons, and where the daily operations are controlled and managed by one or more minority persons. "Minority persons" includes African Americans, Latino/Hispanic Americans, Native Americans, and Asian Pacific Americans.
  • Women Business Enterprise (WBE)
    A sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation of which at least 51 percent is owned, daily managed, and controlled by one or more non-minority women.
  • Small Business Enterprise (SBE)
    A business enterprise which is at least 51 percent owned, operated, and controlled by members that are certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as one of the following types of business: Historically Underutilized Business (HUB Zone), Veteran-Owned Business (VET), Disabled Veteran Business (DVET), or Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).
