Julie Gordon is Hewitt's Chief Client Officer. In her role, Julie focuses on championing client issues across Hewitt and serving as a senior ambassador to our clients. Julie works closely with each of our businesses across the regions to strengthen our relationships with large clients and prospects, and to ensure Hewitt delivers the best solutions to meet our clients' needs. Among Julie's many strengths is her deep understanding of Hewitt's business, as well as her ability to analyze data to develop meaningful insights to improve the way we serve clients.

She has held many leadership roles since first joining Hewitt in 1978. Prior to her current role, Julie served as President of Client and Market Leadership, and before that was the acting President of HR Outsourcing for Hewitt. Prior to these roles, Julie was our Chief Business Excellence Officer and before that was Market Leader for the Retirement and Financial Management line of business, focusing on enhancing and growing clients, improving actuarial valuation market share, and building the firm's market brand around total retirement plan management. Prior to these roles, Julie spent the majority of her career as an Actuarial Business Leader, and lead actuary and design consultant for many large organizations.

Julie served on Hewitt's Board of Directors from 2002 through 2008 and was a member of the Executive Committee prior to Hewitt's incorporation in 2002. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Julie holds a BS degree in actuarial science from the University of Illinois.
