A seasoned business services executive with broad industry and management experience, Vince is Hewitt's Senior Vice President of Global Business Services & New Products and Markets. He is responsible for providing a broad range of business services to Hewitt's clients globally and for launching and incubating new business ventures to ensure a successful integration into the broader Hewitt business.

Vince has a well-earned reputation for delivering excellent top- and bottom-line business results. He is known for identifying new market opportunities, providing outstanding customer service, and increasing productivity while developing high-performing individuals and teams.

Vince is recognized as a well-rounded and adaptable leader. Vince joined Hewitt in May 2008 as the company's Senior Vice President of Global Business Services & Technology, moving to his new role in September 2009. Prior to joining Hewitt, he worked for more than 24 years at ADP, Inc. in both the Brokerage and Employer Services businesses. He held a wide variety of leadership roles across the disciplines of finance, technology, operations, mergers & acquisitions, sales & marketing, and P&L leadership. Vince was the President of the Major Accounts Division, ADP's largest business unit with more than $2.3 billion in revenue. During his tenure, he and his leadership team drove the revenue growth rate from 0% to 9%, achieving record profitability and improving sales performance to double-digit growth. As the Division President of Tax & Financial Services, he led the successful acquisition of several companies as well as the introduction of numerous innovative products, e.g., payroll debit card, greatly expanding the strategic opportunities of the division. And under his teams' leadership, the retirement services business grew from $25 Million to $100 Million in a little over two years.

Vince holds a Masters of Business Administration in finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing from Temple University.
