If you need to enroll in or make changes to your benefits program, please double-check the URL you were given in your enrollment instructions. Make sure you have typed the URL correctly. The URL is case sensitive, it should be all lower case, and it doesn't end with any punctuation.
For security reasons, benefits enrollment or changes cannot be made via www.hewitt.com.
Additional Tips
If you have the right URL but are still having problems connecting, clear out your browser's cache before attempting to reach the site.
If you have bookmarked any page other than the "greeting page" of Your Benefits Resources™ (YBR) , you will get an error message because those pages are customized with your personalized information and are created dynamically.
There is scheduled downtime for maintenance on YBR sites every Sunday morning from 1 a.m. to 12 noon Central Standard Time (CST).
Check the version of your Internet browser. The Internet browsers that support the Internet standards YBR sites rely upon to ensure the privacy of your information are Netscape Navigator 4.02 or greater, Microsoft Internet Explore 4.x, Microsoft Internet Explore 5.x, and AOL v5.x and higher. If you have AOL v4.x or lower, we suggest that you use a supported browser on top of your AOL connection, or upgrade to a higher version of AOL.
WebTV browsers do not fully support the Internet standards required to ensure the privacy of your information as it gets sent through the Internet and are not supported.
