IRS Releases 2008 Version of Publication 502 for Deducting Medical and Dental Expenses

The IRS released the 2008 version of Publication 502 that explains the itemized deduction for medical and dental expenses a taxpayer can claim on their 2008 personal income tax return. Only part of a taxpayer's medical and dental expenses that is more than 7.5% of adjusted gross income can be deducted. The Publication explains what and whose expenses can be deducted and how to treat reimbursements.
